Jammu And Kashmir Assembly Adjourned Amid Ruckus Over Statehood Resolution

The Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly descended into chaos on Wednesday as a fresh political storm erupted over the contentious issue of statehood restoration. Proceedings were marred by furious protests, slogan shouting, and dramatic scenes on the floor of the House, forcing the Speaker to order adjournments to restore order.

The flashpoint occurred when tensions escalated over a newly introduced resolution concerning the reinstatement of the region's statehood.
