Simultaneously, in Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh, the district Congress office hosted a major press conference as part of the party's countrywide campaign. Local party leaders launched a scathing attack on the ruling central government, accusing it of failing to secure the future of India's youth.

Addressing the media, Congress spokespersons asserted that the country's education system has practically transformed into a 'rejection system' rather than a selection system.
