Nida Dar Declares International Cricket Comeback After Mental Health Break

Pakistan's seasoned all-rounder and former captain, Nida Dar, has officially declared her readiness for international selection, marking a highly anticipated return to professional cricket after a year-long hiatus. The 39-year-old cricketer had stepped away from the sport to focus on her mental health, a decision that resonated across the cricketing world, highlighting the increasing importance of athlete well-being in professional sports.

Dar announced her comeback via a social media post, stating, 'After taking time to focus on myself and regain my strength, I am happy to share that I am back and available for the Pakistan Cricket Team once again.'
